Hello! I recently lost close to 70 lbs and was thrilled! But now I've hit a plateau and nothing seems to be working. I've cut carbs and increased activity/exercise. Hello! I have been using the Nike Fuel and Apple Health apps to track my steps each day. My step count seems a bit high. Could be counting my drive time in the car?
