Hello!
I recently lost close to 70 lbs and was thrilled! But now I've hit a plateau and nothing seems to be working. I've cut carbs and increased activity/exercise. Can anyone recommend a supplement or pill or drink mix or whatever to jump start my next chapter?
I know nothing is "safe" and I don't want to be on it forever, just a little kick in pants to get the scale moving would be awesome!

Nothing on the market is going to help.

-You need to make sure your logging is 100% accurate. Weigh everything. Log everything. Inaccurate logging is the most common culprit.
-You have 10 pounds to go according to your ticker. Change the settings to lose 1 pound per week or even half a pound per week.
-Ensure you are getting adequate protein and fats.
    -Drink water.

Yep. Keep in mind macros are more for things like energy, muscle retention, satiety, etc... but weight loss is driven by calories.

And the two most common mistakes on MFP are inaccurate logging and inconsistent logging. And considering you have very little to lose, it makes for very little room to make mistakes.

You say you've cut carbs, but what about calories??? Keep carbs below 100/day, and calories at 300-400/day deficit for your CURRENT weight. :)
