Help me if I'm wrong but this is my schedule: Mondays: cardio & upper body Tuesdays: cardio Wednesday: cardio and core Thursday: cardio Friday: cardio and lower body Saturday & sunday: cleaning the house and laundry lol I guess that's cardio and weight lifting LMBO!

Looking for accountability buddy for weight loss
I've always been in shape my entire life up until 5 years ago. I need to lose the weight badly and I lack the discipline to do it. So I need a buddy that wants to lose weight also and is seriously looking to be accountable and help push each other.

I lost weight but now at a stand still..HELP!
Hello everyone! I lost 10lbs so far but now im at a stand still... i cut down on some calories but still havent lost anything. Has this happened to anyone? If so what did u do?
