Biggest Loser is back! :(
Another season of Biggest Loser. I don't agree with how they portray the weight loss journey. 1. It's unrealistic for majority of people to workout 4, 5, or 6 hours a day. 2. loose skin after weight loss
Any ideas on how to minimize loose skin when losing weight? I read that it depends a lot on diet, how much weight you need to lose and how fast you lose it. In addition, how long have you been overweight. Greatly appreciate any ideas you have and thank you in advance.

Can a overweight person (70 lbs over) lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

My name is Ryan almost 150 days using this app.
My name is Ryan I'm 29 years old. I have been using this app for almost 150 days and lost 30 lbs. My goal is to lost 70 more lbs before Dec. 31, 2016. (that's 2016 not 2015). Weight loss is a journey and what I learned is there is no magic pill that you could buy. It is all about hard work, patience, and self awareness.
