Difference between calories burned on fitbit and App exercises
I was working out with weights today and clicked the weight selection on my fitbit and after I was finished it said I burned 8 calories but when I put in the app what exercises I did and how many sets/reps it said I burned 20. I couldn't specify that I burned x amount according to my wearable. Anyone else have this problem…

I am trying to add a recipe for homemade guacamole and it says that the sodium level is over 3,000 and I know that's wrong because I only have a 1/2 tsp of sodium in the recipe and nothing else that would have that much sodium in it. Tracking Weight Loss on MFP
So my weight estimate on the bottom of my diary is at approximately 10 pounds off from my actual weight just weighed a couple weeks ago. I am tracking everything I eat and how much I work out and am just wondering if other people have had a discrepancy on their weight listed on the site MFP and weight on a scale?
