I've lost about 25 pounds since december. I was concerned about my blood pressure being in the 140s/90s consistently. I just checked it and it was 123/80. I haven't seen that blood pressure in a couple years!
I found Penn Jillette's recent weight loss and methods used inspiring. I'm on this journey by myself. Is there anywhere I can report my daily weight to people to keep me honest? Do you share your weight anywhere in particular?
