I'm in need of some motivation. I keep going back to eating too much sugar and things I shouldn't eat. I want to lose 20kg but it's going sooooooo slow and it's difficult. I'm so tired of it.
Hey guys! I need to lose 20kg because it's getting too much. I feel depressed and sad all the time because of my weight. I need to make a change! Is there anyone I can add to motivate each other to lose weight? I sure can use it. X
