30 Day Shred advice please :)
Right, so after my post earlier I've decided to give it a go but i was wondering what size weights people used when they did theirs.. what would they recommend etc as I need to buy some to do it with :) Any other tips about what I might need then feel free to help!! 30 Day Shred - Shall I do it?
I've heard some very good things about the 30 day shred.. and I'm tempted to give it a go but first of all I'm wondering what sort of results you've all had.. Have you lost a lot of weight? or toned a lot? Just general advice/tips would be nice Oh and pics of before and after would be amazing :)

I've come to a halt

christmas challenge?
so i'm going to set you all a challenge.. just over 10 weeks until christmas and i want to know who is up for shedding the pounds this year.. the challenge is to lose 20lbs before christmas.. thats 2lbs a week. up for it :)

natural sugars?
i have a 24g a day limit for my sugars.. now i always go over because i have porridge for breakfast with raisins which has 18g of sugar (just from the raisins) and then if i have another piece of fruit i'll go over! quick and low calorie breakfast ideas
I really want something that will fill me up and prefereably doesn't involve much making as I often stay at my boyfriend's parents house and when I get up for work I'll feel awkward helping myself to their kitchen.
