I started at 186 and now I'm 175. 1 lb a week is my avg. I'm glad it's going down but feels slow.
I feel like it keeps me from being hungry in the morning but when the bottom falls out in the afternoon I'm starving. Wondering if coffee is the culprit...
I ran 6 miles Sunday and for the third week in a row added a mile to my long run day. I think I will run 6 again next weekend instead of increasing. What do you guys do?

I've been at 1500 for 3 weeks and nothing is happening. I'm 5'8" 180 lbs make. I am running 3 days a week. Looking for some advice...
