Woke up this morning and I am ready to start. So I have coffee and my protein shake - Java Pro Hazelnut and Almond milk. I have all the Java Pro flavors. Mocha is the best, IMO, and French Vanilla is my least favorite. But they have a good deal of protein and low calories. Total calories for this is about 270.
Today was Christmas and I am over the Christmas binge season. Snacking and tasting everything that comes into reach is beyond ridiculous. Even doing the ORangethoery workouts and buring 900-1000 calaories a day is not keeping up with the snacks and grasing that takes place this time of year. I feel so bloated and…
