Great start!
Today was a great day .. the start of more to come! In a 2 year funk of bad eating and not exercising I feel I'm leaving that behind me and getting myself back! I have 200 more calories to spare which I'll plan on having a low calorie shake after my late night workout. Today was the first day of the rest of my life! But…

Started program but it's not all wrapped into one! I don't think this is going to give me the cardio I need for the results I want . I think it seems to be a good supplement but I can't solely rely on it alone just going by my past work out and knowing what works for me
