Hello, I'm looking for help in figuring out the ratio I need for protein, carbs and fat. Also how many calories I should be having in a day. I currently lift twice a week and try to run 1-2 times a week. I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet a lot and always take the stairs. Any links or sites that could help would be great!
Hey everyone, So I need to have high protein and low carb foods. Does anyone have suggestions of some foods that are composed this way? Most proteins I find tend to have a lot of carbs in them as well.
