Getting serious about exercising!
Hi everyone, I'm 20 years old and from New Orleans. I really want to become healthy and fit, just in time for the summer. I'm trying my best to jog 30 minutes-1 hour a day, as well as meeting my goal of eating 1,500 calories. If anyone could give me any tips, that would really help! Thanks!
