Hi everyone, I'm 20 years old and from New Orleans. I really want to become healthy and fit, just in time for the summer. I'm trying my best to jog 30 minutes-1 hour a day, as well as meeting my goal of eating 1,500 calories. If anyone could give me any tips, that would really help! Thanks!

I'm new here and from New Orleans as well. Once you begin to utilize this app and log all foods and exercise you will attain your goal. I make it a habit to log food right after I eat .0
