Anyone else have this issue? lol I'm such a gym phobe I'm afraid to ask the instructor if i'm sitting wrong. My friend has an extremely small butt and I have a fairly large one... She has no trouble but I seriously almost walked out of class the other day because it was so painful! lol

With weight loss comes muscle loss?
I'm 5'3.5" and started at 210lbs. Currently I'm at 163lbs and my goal weight is 135lbs. I've noticed that since my weight loss, my once very muscular bottom is starting to lose its perkiness!
