  • Read above comment
  • Thanks, Guys. My nutritionist had me start counting macros because I got to a plateau with my initial weight loss, so I guess I'm just worried that if I go back to what I did when I first started, that I wont see results again. I'll try it though and we shall see! And yeah, I'm not too worried about the 6lbs, but I know at…
  • The instructor was really nice and showed me how to set up my bike so I think i'm sitting on it correctly... I guess it will just take some getting used to!
  • Thanks! Ill have to look into those shorts. This was only my second time cycling so maybe I also just need to get used to it.
  • OP: The price for shakeology is seriously outrageous. I use the GNC Total Lean shake, that has similar ingredients, for a meal replacement. Seems to work ok for me :) Do your research and see if there's a shake out there that's good for you. Good luck!
  • You only eat 400-500 calories a day?! :o
  • So awesome! This is really inspirational for me because we're the same height. I don't think I would be able to manage 2 hours of cardio though... lol I can barely do 30 mins. haha
  • I appreciate all your help! I didn't mean "light weight lifting" with light weights. I just meant adding a little weight lifting in to my work out schedule. I guess I could have said that better. But I've never weight lifted before (except in high school) but I have some family members that have offered to help me start.…
  • Lol I didn't mean "light weight lifting" with light weights. I meant "light weight lifting" as in lightly adding it to my week of workouts.
  • Thank you all for your input! Sounds like I needs to start some light weight lifting!. Cant have a saggy booty!
  • Here's my transformation picture so far. This was after a 32 lb loss. I've lost 34 lbs now and 1 lb away from half way to my goal weight!
  • Before (left) 210, After (Right) 190
  • Not directed towards you... I genuinely appreciate your research into the pills and giving me the info that I didn't know about.
  • My apologies for calling it a "supplement". Jesus, I feel like I've commited a crime just because someone asked about diet pills! LOL! Just so you all know, not everyone has the side effects...
  • Haha I've read that thread.... that's why I said that "A LOT of people have had bad experiences". Everyone is different though. I appreciate you all having an opinion.
  • It's sold as a "supplement" in stores. Recommended by my physician and regulated by the FDA
  • It's not supposed to work on its own. The info I received on it says that it will assist in shedding the extra weight by not allowing your body to obsorb extra fat. Dont quote me on that, I dont have my pamphlet in front of me. lol. It isn't some magic pill that gives you energy though... I wish... It just helps when you…
  • My doctor recommended Alli for me a few years back. I've been taking it for the past few months by the book along with diet and exercise. I've lost 20 lbs in 2 months. It seems to help, but you NEED to exercise and diet as well. Also, DEFINITELY need to stay on a low fat diet while taking these. P.S. A LOT of people have…
  • This was after a 17.6lb loss. First pic 210 on Christmas Eve 2015. Picture on the right was this last weekend. I'm happy with my results. I wish that I would have taken a before picture of my whole body, but i'm sure ill find one somewhere.
  • I currently use them. I follow the directions and don't have anal leakage. lol But I try to keep myself on a low fat diet to avoid having to use them.

  • Again thank you for the encouragement, everyone. That was a bad day for me to really realize that I am very overweight. It's something that I'm VERY self concious about. I'm going to lose this weight and I'm going to look back a year from now and be so proud of what I have accomplished
  • You all are so awesome. It's nice to know that there are people that I can relate to. Thank you for the kind words and encouragement.
