For the sake of my health, I have lost 14 pounds but it’s so hard to move beyond that. I’m at a stand still and need additional help to get to my goal weight! I’m 6’4” at 301 lbs. I want to see 250 of better again.
I'm 37 and a whole lot less active than I was 20 years ago. I'm looking forward to a better eating plan and proper exercise at least a few days a week.
