For the sake of my health, I have lost 14 pounds but it’s so hard to move beyond that. I’m at a stand still and need additional help to get to my goal weight! I’m 6’4” at 301 lbs. I want to see 250 of better again.

Make a plan! :flowerforyou:
I just log food, study my FOOD diary and make adjustments. It's worked for me for 15 years, after having gotten to the middle of my healthy weight BMI.

How long have you been at this plateau? It may be a matter of patience.0

If loss stopped fairly quickly and the stall has been less than a month then it may be water retention if longer than a month you’re at your new maintenance and will need to get back into a deficit.1

Mfp does not automatically lower target calories in your food tracker as you lose weight. You should reset/edit your goals manually as you lose, say every 10 or 20 lb loss.
In the personal area, check goals, choose view guided set-up.
Otherwise, be careful with tracking food entries are accurate.2 -
