I am no stranger to this app, been a member for a long time. Like most of you, last two years have been rough. So getting back on to stay consistent. I had great results by connecting with people and having virtual accountability buddies. Would love to get that going again. Let's do this!!!
The single greatest deterrent to working out is lack of sleep for me. On a good day I can get 5 hours at best and that's with waking up at least 6 to 7 times. Anyone else with similar issues?
Hi MFP peeps, I have been using this app on and off for 6 to 7 years. Then life happened and I was MIA for about 2 years. I have just returned to find that the app has been changed drastically. I can't even figure out how to add friends. So humbly requesting friend requests be sent my way. Happy hump day!!!
