I am going to turn 40 in 3 months. Returned after a long hiatus and need to add new friends.

I have been on and off MFP for the past 6 years. Stayed pretty active and healthy till last year. Last year was extremely hard, with some major changes in my life I fell off the wagon and could use some friends and motivation.

Well I am already addicted to fruits. I love love fruit. I don't prefer carbs. I eat alot of meats. Could do more veggies. The packaged stuff is where it gets you.

I want in too. My problem is sugar is in everything, how do you know which product has sugar?
