From last January to June I lost 56lbs by just changing my diet, walking and using MFP. Then I slowly fell off the wagon and this January 3rd weighed in at 272 only 7lbs from my highest weight. So lost 56lbs gained back 49lbs ridiculous I know. Just need help to stay on track all year
