Need help to stay on track

From last January to June I lost 56lbs by just changing my diet, walking and using MFP. Then I slowly fell off the wagon and this January 3rd weighed in at 272 only 7lbs from my highest weight. So lost 56lbs gained back 49lbs ridiculous I know. Just need help to stay on track all year

I hear you. I had lost 80 lbs within a year in the beginning of Feb 2013. I have now gained back all of it and am starting over. I need to lost that 80 again and then some. It's a struggle, but you just have to keep on plugging. Don't beat yourself up for falling off the wagon, just get back on it and ride it hard! You did it before, you can do it again. Best of luck!!0
