Ok, so two weeks on here. I have gained weight as a result of minimal activity after a bad car accident almost 2 years ago. Recovery is intense and every day is a new issue. (cardio only means walking; and strength training only means focus on what's damaged. so what is normal exercise to everyone else, is beyond my reach…
Gosh I've been working out, eating right, not eating anything after 6:00 p.m. quit coffee, drink tons of water, weighed myself today and I got 0 traction and my clothes feel tighter. Anyone experience this? Any tips?
