Anyone out there who is still running and keeping fit?
I love to read most of the recipes published in MF......... But why oh why do they make them and suggest servings for 2, 4 or even more? I am trying to get thinner and if I make what ever tasty recipe and it should be fir 2, 4 or more I shall probably scoff the lot. HELP. MAKE THE RECIPIES FOR ONE...... :# .....
I think walking the dog is a great way to get trim what do you think? And how many miles do I need to walk each day?
