MFP and Fitbit questions
Hi guys. So my Fitbit is synced with MFP. It shows a calorie burn for steps taken. If I manually log my run in, will this give me extra calories burned? I don’t want to think I’m burning more than I am. Also, I do walk/jog intervals. How should I log this manually? I have been using jog 5mph but that isn’t accurate as it…
