Do you all eat the extra calories you earn by exercising? Can you transfer calories earned one day over to the next or dosnt it work like that.

Hi I am 53 years old and just starting out on MFP. I weigh 277lb after losing 4lb in my first week :) . I have health issues which stops me from doing too much exercise, I have tried this before and lost around 21lb before slacking off and with difficult circumstances in my life have managed to put it all back on again..…
I have only been on this diet for a week now and I am finding that I get quite hungry in between meals. What does everyone else do to stop this.
