Low fat diet advice and ideas
I've been on a low fat diet for awhile and I've lost 50ish pounds basically just watching my fat intake. It's made me eat more "clean".. well my every day food is starting to get boring and I'm looking for good low fat ideas! Breakfast lunch and dinner! Also any good ideas for some low fat shakes would be awesome.. Thanks!

Never stepped foot in a gym.. Advice!
