Low fat diet advice and ideas

I've been on a low fat diet for awhile and I've lost 50ish pounds basically just watching my fat intake. It's made me eat more "clean".. well my every day food is starting to get boring and I'm looking for good low fat ideas!
Breakfast lunch and dinner!
Also any good ideas for some low fat shakes would be awesome.. Thanks!

    Breakfast - cereals, veggie omelets, fat free greek yogurt and fruit or cereal, or any of the suggestions below
    Lunch - leftovers from dinner, any of the breakfast ideas, sandwich wraps, salads, soup, stew, chili
    Dinner - fish or lean meat, vegetables, whole grains prepared however you like - roasted, baked, grilled, stir fry, stews, soups, chili, etc.

    Ahh,I'm sorry,didn't know what the quote button did,lol,I don't have a blender so I'm gonna try the new "Dole shakers",new fruit smoothies that you just add water and shake:)
