Hi, do you eat the extra nutrients you earn through exercise? I'm always at least four hundred calories under my goal but never have enough nutrients left to eat anything that won't put me over my pre-exercise sugar goal.

Vitamin allowance
The only thing I ever seem to go over on is my Iron and vitamin C targets for the day. I'm relatively new to this and know nothing about nutrition, is it really bad for me to get a lot of iron and vitamin C? Any insight is appreciated, thanks ☺️

12 days in and already a size 12 (UK)
Hey guys! I started MFP 12 days ago at a size fourteen, unable to get a 12 over my thighs. Today I'm writing this wearing a size 12 in a relative degree of comfort, all from following my calorie allowance and getting my 10,000 steps in Keep going, it's worth it!
