EASY, healthy Meatloaf RECIPE: Mix together: 1lb of hamburger meat 2 eggs beaten 1 cup crushed whole wheat Ritz crackers 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup chopped onion BAKE at 350° for 40 min, top with 1/4 cup ketchup, and bake for another 20 min. Let stand for 10 min. before serving! This was SO yummy!
