I have been trying to eat less carbs with more protein. With that comes fat. Today I've had hard boiled eggs an ounce of cheddar and lots of veggies. Also some canned chicken breast. My fat percentage today is 40% I was wondering if anyone has a list of healthy fats that have actually aided in losing weight
