Already ate a 1000 calories today, and at 6pm I'm starving :( any suggestions?
what do you all recommend - Fitbit, Jawbone or something else? I've already got a (pretty smart) Pebble watch, so this will be purely for tracking calories burned during walking/ in the gym (a rarity) and possibly heart rate monitoring (my scales already do this).
how many calories does a typical romp in the sheets burn? worth logging those?
