I can go to the data base and click on circuit weight training, then I add how long I worked out; but there is nothing to click on to add this to my daily exercise workout. How do you add strength training or is that part of myfitness not working?
I am Tom and just started this on-line journal today, 18 January 2016. I am a 66 year old male that has tried most every diet, fad and traditional, to no avail. I also just started the year long process leading to Bariatric surgery.
