Life throws quite a few curve balls. After a month of rollercoaster emotions I am now ready to start again. Focus on my health.

A week off
Time to get back on routine. Recent family death resulted in temp tail spin. Now I am trying to focus on getting back to where I left off. Though I have not weighed myself as I am still on crutches for another week. I feel the gain from the past week :( .

On crutches for another 4 weeks
Hello. Ok I just could not help it. I had to try and weigh myself. Now I question how accurate. Lol! Weighing oneself on one foot and using the other just to balance as no weight is permitted on foot. I spoke have thought to weigh more of the same not less. So I will take the positive energy to continue monitoring intake.…

Now on crutches for 7 weeks
Hello. I recently had foot surgery, I can not put my foot down for 7 weeks .. Any suggestions. I will continue journaling... Thinking when ready to do upper body work out for arms.

Unable to weigh in for 6 weeks
Hello. Starting week 2 and down a few pds. Unfortunately my biggest challenge is just around the corner. I will not be able to walk and or weigh myself for six weeks. Having foot surgery. My goal is to stay focus on intake ... Suggestion on another approach. Thanks
