Peanut butter on Ezekiel Bread
One T peanut butter on a slice of Ezekiel bread toast. I get the natural peanut butter - the conventional brands tend to have sugar and other additives. I find Ezekiel bread tasty and the whole grains make it filling, only 80 calories a slice.

I add herbs and nuts
I mix in a small handful of chopped walnuts and dried fennel seed, then a teaspoon or so of mayonnaise, and celery. And maybe some diced apple, preferably a variety that's tart, gives it a nice, crunchy kick. I get the solid white albacore in water, bumble bee, trader joes or whole foods brands.
