I've been recently eating 1500 calories. I go to the gym every day ! But I've been starving. Should I up my calorie intake ? I'm not sure if I'm eating enough ?

Calculations for insanity?
I'm am just curious how others put this into your logs. Yes, I do have a heart rate monitor. I have the Samsung gear fit watch. However , I feel like it's not giving me the right calculations. It was saying I was only burning 100 calories. I definitely burned burn than 100!
