I've been recently eating 1500 calories. I go to the gym every day ! But I've been starving. Should I up my calorie intake ? I'm not sure if I'm eating enough ?

What's your net calorie intake from your REPORTS for a typical day?

Are you eating a portion of your exercise calories back? Try adding 50-75% of them if you aren't.

What type of calories are you eating. Proteins and fats *generally* leave you feeling fuller. That or lots of veggies. Sugar/pasta/bread type of carbs usually leave me craving more food instead of satisfying my hunger.

Are you eating enough protein? That's the only thing that keeps me from feeling hungry all the time.

What is your current rate of loss? I was losing 2lb/week and decided to increase my cals to allow more food because I was hungry all the time. The slower loss is well worth it when you're always hungry.

What is your goal to lose or gain weight?

How is your weight reflecting this goal?

The answer to these two questions should tell you a you need to know :).

This. Try to wait it out a bit and see if you are gaining/losing. Adjust accordingly.

Protein and fats will keep you full longer
