I've noticed that for me it's difficult to kick fat in all places except where I'd like it - in the bust ! It's the first fat to go, especially if I do cardio. Anyone else have the same problems? Is it down to body type? Any advice for me?
Hi everyone, I'm looking to tone up and shed 37lbs this year. I've climbed to my heaviest ever at 180lbs and it has to stop! I'm pretty happy with cardio, but have a big weak spot with strength exercises (give up easily!). I'm looking for some friends to keep in check with and share in our body goals ! :)
