Late night snacking
I'm in College and I eat dinner 7 then I go home and around 10 or 11 I start snacking and it won't be healthy foods. I eat things like pretzels and Nutella and candy. I feel like I ruining my whole day of healthy eating. What should I do

I'm in college and have always want to be more fit. My family bet me that I couldn't get down to a size 6 by June. I'm currently a size 12 and Im working to prove them wrong. The college atmosphere definitely makes it harder.
