Would it be too much to swim and do HIT on my rest days?
I'm trying to lose weight. I just started 5x5 strength training. I decided that M, W, F would be my training days with that program. On Tu and Th I go to my gym for half hour HIT classes. To unwind after that I would like to swim to cool down. Is this too much? Is this alright? I also train every other week with a trainer.…

Replacements for candy?
I'm really weak when it comes to candy. It's right in front of me in the office and it makes it super difficult for me to NOT eat it. Doing so I always end up exceeding my sugar and fat intake. What are some healthy alternatives that I could bring to work to snack on when the urge hits?

How do you curb night time eating?
