5'4, 131 lbs, 19 yr, female. Should I be doing a fast one mile, paced two mile, or a long three mile? I'm running every other day and I'm not sure what's more beneficial for me. Do you all have any suggestions?
I'm female 19 years, 5'4 and weigh 132 lbs. I'm also a college student, my life is active: I bike everywhere, walk, and my job intails lifting things and more walking. I workout at minimum 4 times a week and it's usually with a 1.5-2 mile run. I want to lose 7 more lbs but I have NO IDEA how many calories I should be…
Trying to lose 5 pounds the healthiest way possible :) all about the whole foods and veggies! (But not a lot of it) All of you people are incredible, don't ever forget that.
