I have had 2 Garmin watches and the latest one (vivoactive) was giving me a lot lower calorie reading than my old one. That's ok, I thought at least I can rely on it better and not wonder if I'm overcompensating…

Just realised that after a few years of half hearted 'diets' that I will actually succeed this time, think a lot is due to reading everyone else's stories, when did you first start to 'believe'?
