After watching The Nature of things documentary on gut health I am looking to try the skinny gut diet. If people know about this approach or want to start a group that might be helpful.
I have been staying within my calorie requirements to lose weight for 6 weeks but the weight loss has been extremely slow. I have also been doing daily physical activities and a running group. Anyone else having this problem?
