Mfp estimates I burn 2k a day and I eat 1200 net. Fitbit is synced and gives me more calories. With my exercise Fitbit usually runs around 2500 calories. So I eat 1200 net, but eat around 1700-1800 total. Mfp says I will lose this way. What you think?
Do you find that your Fitbit burns aligns well with your goals and is accurate?
