How does Mfp calculate calories over weekly goal?

I keep eating at maintenance, sometimes a little over, and I'm frustrated because I want to lose these last 10 lbs ASAP. I hover between 135-139. I'm 5'3.5 135-138 female looking to get down to 125. I run 35-40 miles per week and according to Scoobys calculator, I maintain at 1670.
