Net calorie intake
Women. 33. 220lbs. Aiming for 1200calories per day. My question is - I usually do 500-600 calories in the gym, 4 times a week. So should I be eating 1700calories for it to net out to 1200 OR eat 1200, work off 500 and for it to be net of 700? Wanting, ideally, to lose 2lb a week

Weigh myself or not
Female. 5'8. 104kg and 31. Hoping to lose about 3St. Eating 1200cals and working out 4-5 times a day. Scared to weigh myself...in case I haven't lost much and lose motivation!

How long after did you return to the gym? It on my arm, so not worked on or stretched.

Excercise morning or night
I can either go early (6am) or night (8pm). Which is best fot weight loss? Night is easier on the treadmill and cross trainer but find my motivation sometimes dwindles after a full day at work
