upping calorie intake in one week and gained weight, help!
Hi! so I've been trying to lose weight (5'2) from 125 to 115 for a good year now and it won't budge. I know I've been doing this all wrong, I tend to eat 1200 calories a day, some days 500-800 if I binged 3000-3500 calories in one day.
