Too fast?
All I've been basically doing is exercising on a normal basis, and I cut out all of the junk food, binges, and soda, out of my life. I've been eating organic things and I'm not starving myself. But I'm losing around 8-9 pounds a week and I'm scared that I might be losing to fast? What do I do?!

Emotional Binging
Anyone here tend to eat a lot when feeling sad or stressed? I have lost a lot of weight in the past, but I usually end up gaining it all back. Anyone have some advice for these feelings?
