I've heard that intermittent fasting can be good, can anyone explain why this is?
Anyone else have those foods that you can't resist when you're counting calories? Or miss them because you've cut them out completely? I have a serious biscuit/cookie problem! Can't seem to go a day without at least 1. C'mon people fess up!
