How come over the last few days when I begin my daily food log it starts me with a negative number for exercise calories. Today it is at - 110.

Is there anywhere on MFP for me to run a report that shows for this 7 day period 1. This is how many calories I ate over the 7 days and this is how many calories I burned ? Im curious to find out what everyone has their macros set at for weight loss. Im 37, 213lbs and 5 foot 1 inches tall. My goal is too lose fat. 60 lbs of it.
